c4 problems

I have a 1989 c4 started replacing the radio and now there are no dash lights, cab lights it's almost like there is no power getting to the cab

I have checked all fuses they seem to be good checked with a fuse check

There are two relays on the firewall, next to the brake booster. The one in the is for the dash.

sorry the one in the back is for the dash. you can take it out and test it.
