Has anyone had issues with their C5 locking out on a manual transmission? I have heard that there is an issue with earlier model C5 Corvettes. Wondering if anyone knows anything about it?

I have 1997 - I have that problem - when its cold, I let the car warm up and I am able to put it in drive...

Have you looked into getting this issue corrected? I believe there is a kit that can be purchased through GM to correct the problem.
