2000, but only because I own one. Hard to pick on out of the C5 era.

That's true.
As far as unique styling on the fifth generation Corvettes, I like the look of the FRC/Z06 coupes.
Hey, welcome to the Corvsport.com message boards! I hope you will continue to post on the site. I look forward to knowing you!

Have been looking at a 2004 Z06 the last few weeks. Love my Vert, but a good deal on a C5 Z06 would be a nice addition to the garage.

So are you adding to your collection or replacing your C5 coupe with a Z06? Is your current C5 a six-speed or an automatic?

I just bought a '98 and it needs some polish. Any idea where I can get walk through / repair guide, replacement parts, common problems, and recommended shops should I find myself not wanting to do it myself? Thank you. cool site

Liam, congratulations on your purchase. Our apologies for not getting back to you sooner.
Depending on the level of information you are looking for, we might be able to provide you with some guidance. We have a fairly large collection of literature on the majority of Corvette models built, including repair/service guides and other tech literature, so feel free to tell us what you're looking for and we can get something to you. If you'd prefer to contact us a little more privately, send an email to email@corvsport.com so that we can reply to you directly.
As for where to take the car if you choose not to work on it yourself. I would STRONGLY encourage you to contact your local Chevrolet Dealerships...GM Mechanics are specially trained, and most Chevy dealerships have at least one mechanic who is specially trained to work exclusively on Corvettes.
We hope this helps.
